Preventative Maintenance
Just as you wipe your glasses, it's important to maintain and clean the optical path of your device. This prevents eye fatigue and extends the life of the device.
An optical device consists of two optical paths that converge on a point on the sample you are observing. When you use your device, the lenses move. This slight movement is normal. Internal movements during use (change of magnification, pupillary distance, movement of the device, change of operator, etc.) eventually cause the optical path to go out of alignment.

We offer repair services in our workshop as well as onsite at your facility.
The repair of your equipment, in our workshops, is performed based on the agreed upon estimate. We use genuine replacement parts allowing us to fully guarantee all repairs.
Training
Our professionals offer personalized training on the proper use of equipment. Users learn how to adjust their optical equipment and position themselves correctly to reduce fatigue and injury allowing them to improve performance and productivity.
